Abstract
The issue of adjectival agreement in Classical Arabic occupied many traditional Arabic and western grammarians, providing in their studies examples and explanations of the deflected agreement types in the Koran. This article mentions the primary observations that appear in different studies of adjectival agreement in the Koran, but at the same time tries to provide new observations about this issue. First, there is a detailed chart accompanied by statistical data that demonstrate the complete agreement pattern in the Qurʼān. Second, the «agreement rules» that are presented in the research literature are reexamined and some new factors affecting the agreement are considered.
