The intervention in the organised environments examined here takes place in formal structures of public institutions, organisations providing goods or services and community groups mainly in the educational, socio-cultural and health spheres. It covers a range of communication practices linked to political events, social phenomena or socio-cultural activities that reshape their dynamics and change their course. Its study provides an opportunity to explore its foundations, current orientations, articulation and limitations in specific contexts. In particular, the contributions from this issue highlight research and intervention experiences. These practices are increasingly becoming real scientific practices that can rationally co-build reflex intervention systems and generate new knowledge with all relevant actors.
