Now traditional in this journal, the chronicle of constitutional jurisprudence aims to make an annual inventory of the Constitutional Council’s decisions. From a critical point of view, the authors present the continuity and discontinuity of case law, and the variability of the control exercised by the Conseil according to the rights in question.
