Abstract
The development of the urban economy by the two circuits, when proposed, has enabled a new approach to understand urbanisation and the organisation of the geographical area of the peripheral countries, while keeping pace with changes in contemporary capitalism. However, due to the upgrading of the posts, there is a need for a localised and detailed discussion of this theory. This objective article, through literature research and field research, briefly revises the theory of urban economy circuits in order to understand how they are present in the New Freiburg economic structure addressed by the textile industry. The local clothing industry has a productive and distributive structure which makes it possible for the activity to be viable, employing a considerable amount of labour and creating a system that takes place in urban areas, mainly through home production. Such an industry also mobilises and creates structures that combine the two circuits, resulting in its own dynamics.
