Eve Parisienne d’Edgar Neville

Abstract

We propose to show that the representation of Paris developed by E. Neville in his new ‘Fin’ is largely influenced by cultural, linguistic or literary poncifs that would tend to offer an artificial and fixed image of the capital if the author did not use the demystificative irony characterising her script.
