Abstract
This file presents several research on the inclusion of migration in the social work sector in France. The analysis of stakeholders — their training, career paths and values — shows an increasing ethnicisation of profiles that can lead to deprofessionalisation of careers. As users, migrants or communities of foreign origin denounce stigmatising representations and discrimination. Social intervention seems increasingly blurred between ethics and law. This outcome presents research on migration within the sector of social work in France. An analysis of the social actors- their training, their professional trajectory, their values- shows a growing ethnicisation of profiles potentially leading to a deprofessionalisation of careers. As recipients, migrants or populations of foreign origin denounce criminalisation and stigmatising representations of topics. Social intervention more and more Torn in between ethics and rights.
