Abstract
While the advent and mass diffusion of smartphones and other mobile devices have already been studied, notably in the fields of cognitive science and sociology, literary analyses in this regard remain rare, especially in the French-speaking world. However, writers are increasingly using the potential of this type of medium in order to explore new literary possibilities. By analysing some of these examples, we will ask ourselves how mobile devices change our report to the literature: how do the inherent mobility and portability of these devices, their geolocation and the new interfaces designed for them influence our reading and writing practices?
