Abstract
Taking the opportunity of intervening in the training of a group of nurses working in a community health department (DSC), the author tries to use the concepts of organizational development (DO) for a critical analysis of his intervention. He gives several definition of organizational development, classifies the training itself, as a means of intervention in this sector and puts different elements of his intervention in parallel with the theory of organizational development.
