Abstract
Poverty continues to grow well beyond the concept of defining it. It raises concerns and seems to some economists to appreciate in terms of costs. It reveals the foundations of our society with its accounting thresholds and a condition for those living in it, revealing enthusiasm, breakdowns, discards, incapacity, etc. Their speech must be listened to and considered. What is good for them is no longer sufficient: we need to do with them and life stories are, in this sense, valuable. As carriers of safe value, the poor are not in a social and economic fatalism: the peel at an unacceptable human condition is feasible.
