Abstract

AGREENMENT (A Green mentality for Collective Bargaining) aims to explore how and why collective bargaining can help integrate the principle of environmental sustainability into employment relationships. The Agreenment project is co-financed by the European Commission, DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, under budget line VP/2017/004 (grant agreement VP/2017/004/0037), Improving expertise in the field of industrial relations. The project covers 6 EU countries: France, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom. General scientific coordination was carried out under the responsibility of Prof.. Juan Escribano Gutiérrez (University of Almeria) in connection with the project coordinator: Paolo Tomassetti (University of Bergamo). All work (foreign and comparative rights) is specifically disseminated, in particular on the site dedicated to this European research: http://agreenment.adapt.it the French report is published at the Presses Universitaires d’Aix-Marseille Université (PUAM 2021) under the title: Negotiation of COLLECTIVE AND ENVIRONMENT The study was carried out by a team of the Centre for Social Law (CDR UR 901). The main objective of this report was to target relevant collective agreements or collective agreements which referred, by far or by far, to environmental concerns. More than 300 documents were processed. Most have the legal nature of collective agreements. Others take the form of atypical agreements, declarations, collective agreements with the State or charters (unilateral documents, practical guides). It is these documents which, in the form of a database, are thus deposited in the HAL open archives. This mapping was carried out by Ms Audrey MARTINEZ (contractual doctoral candidate, trainee of the Agreenment programme in 2019), under the leadership of Prof. Alexis BUGADA. This database makes it possible to share the ‘green clauses’ within these professional sources until 2020. This database consists of two parts (deposited in separate files). Part 1 deals with collective agreements and agreements. Part 2 concerns other agreements, declarations, charters and other documents.
