Abstract
Abstract: This essay aims to study the reception of portuguese culture and literature in “Instituto de Cultura Hispánica” magazines during the years 1948-1955: Mundo Hispánico, Cuadernos Hispanoamericanos and Correo Literario, the most interesating one in this respect. We will catalogue every text of the corpus in order to establish which ideological and aesthetical variables determined the reception of portuguese culture and which function it played in these magazines.
