Abstract
The analogy between the world and theatre is one of the images that pass through literary genres such as the linguistic spaces of Europe of the first modernity. This metaphor may be an indication of the lack of consistency of human life, ephemeral as a show, the relativity of quantities, or the predominance of appearances. Metaphor is activated in many remarks. The expression ‘theatre du monde’ appears in note 31 of ‘Fo’s goods...’.
