Abstract
This text was born as a product of a research project funded by the National University of Rosario and which, according to its editors María Elena Lorenzini and Natalia Ceppi, aims to identify and analyse the effects on South American international relations, the movements of the so-called ‘pink tide’, sooner in the first decade of the new millennium, and those of the ‘famous tide’, which emerged in the next decade.
