The aim of this study, based on a multidisciplinary methodology, is not only to understand how urban artistic actions engage in new interactions with the “public” (in both directions: a group of viewers and public spaces) but also how these artistic activities entail a change in the development, perception and recovery of daily urban time. The observation of remarkable moments or artistic action in the urban environment is thus an important step in order to gain a better understanding of how the city dwellers urban environments.
