International audience We describe in this paper the history of the institutions of the privileges of Philippe (1440-1444) and Janus (1460-1492) of Savoy by considering briefly the role of the princes then the functioning and finally the people, through significant examples. Si descrive in questo articolo la storia delle istituzioni degli appannaggi di Philippe (1440-1444), e Giano (1460-1492), di Savoia considerando brevemente il ruolo dei principi, il funzionamento degli ingranaggi ed infine gli uomini, attraverso alcuni esempi significativi.
