Abstract
State of the work of the sociology of criminal law on the perception of justice. In particular, I would point out that the main feature of the ‘judicial’ approach can be summarised as follows: the ‘perception’ of justice by the ‘litigant’ is not so much addressed as the question of the practice of justice by ‘legal actors’, not just legal professionals such as lawyers, magistrates, professors, lawyers employed by various public institutions and depriving them or others. but, more importantly, ordinary citizens who become aware of their potential as ‘legal subjects’ and who undertake to use the judicial system for the purposes of political, economic and social struggle.
