Evaluation of HIV/AIDS prevention activities among clients of prostitution in Switzerland

Abstract

In the context of the national HIV/AIDS programme 2004-2008, the Federal Office for Public Health has identified prostitution clients as a target audience for prevention. The implementation of prevention in this target group has largely been entrusted to the Swiss AIDS Aid (ASS), which has been coordinating the Don Juan project at national level since 1999. At the mid-term of the 04-08 PNVS, the OFSP wished to check the appropriateness of its preventive action among clients of prostitution and, where necessary, to make adjustments. Table of contents: 1.
