Abstract

How is wine produced? Given globalisation, economic policies, regional development, the french paradox and education policies, what future does this cultural capital offer, bearing in mind that food practices change status for each generation? And what about this education in the neighbouring country? It is well known that technical vocabularies, which are intended for commercial purposes, can refer to outdoor products. It is known that cities or regions seek to communicate an identity through wine, supported by a form of gastronomic excellence.
