Training and its new contours: tutorials for today?

Abstract

national audience Quand Teacher was a profession set up, sheltered in a strong institutional system and protected by an inspectorate, a few passionate people were able to experiment and develop innovative ideas that remained marginal (1920-1940 or 1945-1955). When teaching was a sensitive profession, regulatory texts were produced by each new minister, they were contradictory and counterproductive, reflecting biased opinions showing a great technical misunderstanding of the profession (1965-1985) When teaching was a meagre profession, training was done in disregard of the needs of future teachers, despite the good will: this is what we have just lived and no one can be surprised that young people refuse to engage in this disingency.I will try to describe quickly what we can see today as damage, from the point of view of didactic people, and I will try to show the possible direction of a new construction.
