In Pamplona, the Parc Fluvial is emulating





Similar to most major Spanish cities, Pamplona organised its growth throughout the 20th century as high-density regular neighbourhoods, relegating the river Arga, its feeder source, to a secondary role. This situation was corrected from 1998 as a result of the establishment of the Arga Fluvial Park, a pioneering blue-frame project.
