Abstract
Summary The work shares some of the results that emerged when investigating the presence/absence of the gender perspective in lecturers at the Provincial University of Córdoba. Teachers in Physical Education and Teachers in Danza were selected in order to characterise the processes of change/resistance in the relationship between teaching and gender in the current context of intense discussions from this approach in Argentina. The methodological strategy involved desk analysis of curriculum programmes and, from a qualitative approach, interviews with teachers and focus groups with students. The analysis of the programmes shows that the gender approach is represented in low percentages. However, in dialogues with students and teachers, it can be seen that they are present in the Caucasus experiences, with Specific Training and Teaching Practice being the areas where they have the greatest challenges in their inclusion. Gender mainstreaming is a matter of urgency in teaching training.
