National audience Les “Compargences des droit et du numérique” are aimed at bringing together lawyers and digital players in a joint reflection on legal developments and the framing of IT practices. It is a collaborative co-built event to build lasting bridges between the legal and digital communities. It consists of a winter workshop and an Autumn Colloquium, which carries out substantive work between the participants in trans-disciplinary pairs. This document brings together the contributions submitted to the February 2017 pre-figuration workshops. These contributions were organised within the four themes identified and enriched with the four collaborative summaries produced during the workshops.
