Abstract
`!-- 3875:'resume' --bSummary — The author proposes to consider, in depth, action in its aspect of “ creation of forms ” that can only come about in the play of transformation, according to Bion’s use of the word, operated by the psyche of the external object, creating rebounding points in motor images born of instinctual and emotional outbursts. This motor image has a kinesthetic sensorial component and a hallucinatory component forming a primitive geometry that conditions the form of movements henceforth becoming representations as well as the perception of objectalised forms. These processes seem to be conscious at the start of life and in patients that have to reconstruct, or construct these bases.
