Abstract
This paper analyses the different paradigms that along Modernity built a worldview and a predominant conception that regulates relationship and interaction between society and nature. This Cartesian vision of the world is formed in the dichotomic rationality that underlies the legal occidental systems, pretending not to know all the possibility to an intercultural dialogue in the same conditions with other conceptions of the law. However, the Andean Constitutionalism has made way to a constitutional ecologism, reminding as subjects of rights to Mother Earth or Pachamama changing the logic to an ethic of respect for life and of opening to a plural legal system.
