Abstract
International audience The spatial and territorial aspects of a major crisis management on an urban territory (provoked by a high magnitude earthquake for example) is not frequently approached by the geography. The crisis management of such a situation consists, from the spatial and territorial point of view, in putting in relation on one hand the places where are located the resources that allow to answer the crisis situation, and on the other hand the places affected by the disaster needing assistance. Starting from this hypothesis, the research realized in Lima consists in building a geographically referenced database about the resources of crisis management, then in analyzing their vulnerability and distribution on the territory in relation to the location of the most vulnerable spaces. The spatial and territorial approach of the management of crisis situations allows to identify critical spaces and territories of the crisis management, and to highlight a form of urban vulnerability.
