Summary The following article examines the imagination of ruins in Adiciones palermitanas (2016) by Germán Marín, where there are two dissimilar times, past and present, by the anachic voice of his leading narrator and the administrator of the hotel Palermo, types of FLA neur whose reflective nostalgia, which brings together the desire and chronic thinking, functions as a means of surviving in a city in ruins from the middle of the 20th century to the early 21st century.
