Abstract
The communication concerns the report of the first part of a work carried out in the context of a physics didactic thesis which aims to develop a hypermedia database on electrokinetic and then to assess how students use it in the second class. After clarifying the problem and the methodology of the work carried out, we describe some of the characteristics of the product we have designed: we explain how we have treated the information to form the hypermedia base and then give examples of the situation that do not exhaustively illustrate how disciplinary issues have been taken into account. Finally, we will report on the first experimental results obtained. They enabled us to better situate students’ educational difficulties, especially when they have to think about non-canonic situations. They also revealed their adherence to this type of product, where navigation did not appear to be a particular problem.
