This is the product of approximately one year of investigation by the author, seeking to identify the territorial practices carried out by the Local Services for the Promotion of Children’s Rights, bodies set up on the basis of Provincial Law 13.298, the Law on the Integrated Promotion and Protection of Children, Children and Adolescents. The work tries to shed light from the communication with the aim of observing, describing, analysing and comparing the new ways in which social organisations and institutions have acted since the law was created, how the networks are formed and what are the strategies that the various social actors are uncovering to restore the rights of boys and girls. It describes and analyses the territorial practices of the Local Services of Niñez, territorial bodies, created by Law 13.298. This book is therefore intended, in principle, to have as readers them, the workers of the Niñez System, in order to give them a situational view, in order to be able to collaborate from the discipline of the Communication to strengthen certain practices and to shed light on other conflicting dynamics.
