Abstract
This article deals with two human rights in a non-context context of the capitalist society whose base of conservation and development is to explore the work of capital and the accumulation of capital, elements that generate social inequality and that make equal or equal access to two directions. Or theoretical contribution as reference to the writings of Karl Marx, Antonio Gramsci and Walter Benjamin, authors who allowed political criticism by explaining the power relations and ideological masks maintained by the legal structure of the State. After treating two meanings of human limits, we limit ourselves to the instituted sociability, we address the need for the importance of education as a guarantee of living two human rights and also to create forms of resistance to the context of violence to these directives.
