This article deals with the Copa General Law that has been under way in the National Congress since September 2011, under the acronym of PL 2330/2011 by the Government. This provides an analysis of the Copa General Law and the process of building legislation on violence and prevention in sportive performances, more strongly about alcohol and violence binding pommiums.
