The interpretation of the graphics produced by Ngram Viewer

Abstract

Ngram Viewer is a new tool launched by Google on 16 December. It makes it possible to view in graphics the frequency of appearance of word sequences in books digitised since 2003 on Google Books. This project was initiated in 2007 by an American mathematician and physician, Erez Lieberman Aiden.
