Abstract
RESUMEN The use of digital technologies is now an inherent activity for students in post-graduate education programmes, regardless of whether their training approach is classified as professionalism or research. However, a necessary component for efficient use is to understand how digital knowledge is being incorporated as an element of disciplinary training. In order to identify the knowledge needed to use these tools in the practice of these health professionals, this study carried out an analysis of the emergence of paediatric anaesthesia and emerging technology-related practices. The investigation was of an exploratory/descriptive nature, starting from desk observation and complemented by insights from key informants. The findings were presented in the form of indicators, which served as a basis for structuring the incorporation of technologies into this discipline.
