What is a good health care team ? This article aims to identify and explore organizational factors contributing to the smooth functioning of collective work. The methodology adopted is based on the achievement of qualitative surveys in three contrasting services. The results show that the proximity between the various occupational categories, construction practices and shared values, shared decision-making, an effective communication system are all factors encouraging cooperation among services.
