Abstract
`titrebKaltoum at the “cake hospital”`/titrebThis publication, based on a one-year experience of transcultural psychotherapy in a large group, shows the clinical evolution of a complex case of infantile anorexia and helps to understand the origin of this trouble. Spanning from the perinatal mournings to the infantancestor, from nomination to transgression, all of these events influenced the pregnancy and the birth of the child way before the traumatic weaning from the mother’s breastfeeding. There are also other factors that play an important role : the background and the role of the father, in addition to the child’s own capacities of growing up very fast, “the wise child” who tries to take care of himself and his mother. The therapeutic group turns to all these elements to help the child to find her place within the transgenerational family line : grandmother, mother, daugther.
