In a rural area, there is a project led by elected representatives, entrepreneurs, social workers and volunteers: the longer a long-term unemployed person must not remain unemployed. To do so, all costs related to unemployment are redirected to a job oriented enterprise responsible for guaranteeing unemployed people a CDI and a community useful activity, regardless of their skills. From now on, this experiment is based on a law and the initial results make it possible to envisage its sustainability and spin-off.
