Abstract
analysed a national policy implemented in Argentina between 2007 and 2016 at the National Social Inclusion Directorate of the Ministry of National Education: the National Education Extension Programme — Centres for Youth Activities (PNEE-CAJ). I carry out a characterisation in relation to its history, formulation and implementation and what remains after its recent disruption. I believe that this is because of the implementation of instruments, procedures, devices, but also non-explicit rules, values and interventions. I address the inquiries based on interviews, participating observation and document analysis. The results include the identification of continuities and transformations between the programme and the device I recognise as a direct background, as well as the presence of different prospects of inclusion involved in both. Finally, I would point out that it is important for the programme to be drawn up within that directorate.
