Abstract
'pbl Learning is based on the idea of lifelong learning. Learning brings training and work closer together to merge them. The organisation is thus called upon to become a ‘learner’, after having been called ‘qualifiant’. Individuals and the collective are invited to learn to learn. Learning faster than competition is the only way to remain competitive. ‘EmbLearn or die’/emb. The key is to create the conditions for everyone to learn. The question is no longer what to learn, but how to generate a continuous learning dynamic. How can each work situation become a learner?
