Abstract
The Odyssée is the epilogue of the Iliade. “Longin”. On sublime, Ulysse is suddenly threatened by a storm that the anger of Poseidon dechains against it. The hero acknowledges the truth of the words of Calypso (V, 300), yet, against all expectations, because the Nymph assured him that he would return home to his health and, unless he was not, fears for his life. In the face of this fear, he expresses a pathetic light (V, 309 ss.) where he regrets...
