Abstract
The objective was to describe the management of knowledge, creativity and innovation in Venezuelan university education. The contributions of Mariscal (2016), Rivas (2017), Arévalo, Ñájera and Piñero (2018), Marulanda, Valencia and Marín (2019) were used. The research was descriptive with a documentary design. The instrument used was the category matrix. The results show that the creativity and innovation requirements are essential to achieve efficient and effective knowledge management. It is concluded that in Venezuelan university education creative and innovative actions, with the use of ICT, occupy a preponderant and important place.
