Abstract
The present diagnosis shows femicide from a comprehensive approach involving marginality, tension between tradition and modernity, conflict and gender dissent, greater participation of women in migration processes and impunity for those who engage in violence against women in general, and femicide violence in particular. The aim is to explore and analyse the subjective, social and structural factors affecting the production and reproduction of gender-based violence, feminicide violence and femicide in three regions of Chiapas state: Centre, Altos and Soconusco, and thus propose prevention strategies, which was achieved with indisputable skill.
