Transgression and the framework are often seen in opposition, as if the affirmation of one occurs necessarily at the expense of the other. This article proposes a systemic and constructivist perspective in which transgression is considered as an emerging property of the meeting between three elements : a behavior, a context, and a feedback from the therapeutic system. This recursive vision makes it possible to see transgression as a specific moment in the therapeutic process that has meaning and a function. The presentation of three clinical cases illustrates the passage from theory to practice.
