International audience The purpose of this study is to try to answer the following questions: is there a textile employers' syndicalism? How effective is this employers' association? From a historical and sociological point of view, this study approaches the reasons for numerous enterprises join this association and try to pursue the same path. This group is supported by organisational structures, servants and leaders. Basically, the employers' unity is a challenge : the relation between organisation and entreprenerial group aims to raise commitment and solidarity, to build a tight network, to reduce cleavages.
