Abstract
This article emphasize, from experience of a close partnership between the National Education and the MEI outsourced SISS-Appedia installed in the Hauts-de-Seine, the value of combining education and medico-social in the course of children and adolescents with autism and mental retardation. The close partnership between the two institutions, in the form of class specializing in autism installed in public schools, provides education and adapted to the specific protected public welcomed and gradual integration into mainstream education.
