Abstract
In the context of domestic violence, the separation is a sensitive period. Multiple challenges exist. The first relates to the security of the victims, adults and children. The second, relates to the parenthood. Conjugality and parenthood being intertwined, our interventions have to take into account this very specific context and propose two lone-parenthoods. Finally, the last challenge relates to the exercise of the parental authority according to the competences still active with each of the parents. For us, the family psychological report seems to provide an adapted decision-making tool, in the best interest of the child.
