Abstract
The next Final Inclusive Work (TIF), within the framework of the Specialisation in Educational Practices, Means and Spaces — Communication, will be the design and construction of a Training Workshop for Teaching, Technology and Education, in a Virtual Education and Learning Environment (E-VEA), aimed at the mentors of the Youth in More and Better Work Programme, led by the Ministry of Production and Work of the Nation. Starting from there, the construction of such a workshop will be important in order to bring about a significant transformation of teaching practices, proposing the problem of those educational/communication processes that take place in the current context and which are crucial to working with young people in the various training areas. Their inclusion in the programme “Youth with More and Better Work” shows an intrinsic link between teaching and learning processes, ways of being young and the labour market always through new modes of meaningful production and technology. The proposed trialogue will seek, on the one hand, to discuss the role of new digital technologies for communication and information as tools or fundamental to pedagogical strategies and, on the other hand, as a key to understanding the new forms of cultural design that shape and pass through the new young people and which create new types of relationship with the fields of training and professionalisation.
