The latest presidential elections have revealed the importance of the NF vote in the “peri-urban” spaces. Does the territorial angle alone make it possible to understand this vote, and should it not be associated with economic and social issues, or even out of the “peri-urban” to speak, more generally, of “peripheral areas” (non-metropolitan areas), whose inhabitants increasingly feel that they are not “where they need”?
