Abstract

The stereotype “Islam = oppression of the woman” intersects everywhere as an underwater, sometimes on the surface and at the top, sometimes in the depths of the unconscious. in countries where Islam is the dominant religion, believers can fight for equality, return sacred texts against patriarchate, protest against political and religious authorities that violate women’s rights.
