the presentation is part of the research project entitled: — Analysis of teaching practice and generation of training processes in bilingual schools, based on the production of textual argumentation, which aims to develop strategies to support teacher training. Addressing this issue refers to the review of educational processes from interculturality to identify the meanings people give to learning a language other than their mother tongue, especially when mother tongue is an indigenous language: EL P. urhepecha (spoken in the Meseta region in Michoacán) and the second language, Spanish. In this space, some of the foundations will be developed from the philosophy of culture, allowing a better understanding of the phenomenon to be studied.
