Abstract
This article is aimed at demonstrating how a plan of action learning and Research-Action, in a dynamic of empowerment, enabled primary school teachers who took part in this training, to seize what is asked of them to teach their pupils gender equality identifying causes for action and means to act and using their power to change things.
