Abstract
The main objective of this letter is to explore the complex relationships currently between the ‘right to the city’, the ‘right to housing’ and the ‘right to culture’ at the level of the city of Buenos Aires. In order to achieve this aim, the work is based on the study carried out by each of the authors, between the 20032007s, in settlements of social interest located in the southern part of the urbe porña. Both investigations have been based on an ethnographic approach which included observation-participation, conducting in-depth interviews and relaying secondary sources.
